The overall objective of the Relationship Manager is to facilitate and increase the conversion % of the center by convincing the patients about the USPs of Ferty9 and it being the best possible option for their pregnancy.  To be comprehensively aware of all the procedures & prices relating to IVF treatment  To effectively communicate and convey to the patients about our USPs.  To convince the patients on the ability of our company, transparency, and ethics  To follow up with IVF advised patients to ensure that they take up procedures with us.  To be a part and analyze & present the data on conversion and the related work to the Center Manager.  To ensure that the patient gets the right information, support, and advice on the procedure to be taken.  To measure and achieve the effectiveness of goals set from time to time by the Management.  To maintain patient focus and answering to their enquiries by using the SOPs.  To ensure availability of potential IVF Patients during the support group meet program in coordination with the psychological counsellor.  To make sure that the required Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Weekend only Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Quarterly bonus Work Location: In person
